Collier Hills rests on the border between the Buckhead district of Atlanta and the Midtown district of Atlanta. Because of its desirable urban location, home prices in Collier Hills tend to be moderately to very high, ranging from $400,000 to over $800,000. The area gets its name from the family whose homestead was broadly located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Peachtree St. and Collier Rd.
